1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically as you play, and information we receive from third parties.

Information you provide to us

• Profile & account data. Information such as a chosen player name, avatar, and language preference when a game offers a profile.
• Support requests. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any details you share (such as a game ID or device information) so we can help.
• In-game communication. Where a game includes chat or messaging, we may process the content and timestamps of those messages to operate the feature and keep it safe.

Information collected automatically

• Device & technical data. Device model, operating system version, language, and similar technical details needed to run our games reliably.
• Identifiers. An advertising identifier, device identifier, and IP address, which may be used for analytics, security, and (where applicable) advertising.
• Gameplay & usage data. Anonymous game progress, scores, session timestamps, feature usage, and crash reports that help us diagnose problems and improve the games.

Information from third parties

• Platform & sign-in providers. If you sign in through a service such as Apple or Google, we may receive a registration identifier associated with that account.
• Payment providers. When you make an in-app purchase, the app store (Apple or Google) processes the payment and may share a transaction identifier, currency, and value with us. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Analytics & advertising partners. We may receive aggregated or pseudonymous information about how our games are used and how ads are interacted with.

2. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and provide our games and website.
• To save progress, enable multiplayer or chat features, and process in-app purchases where offered.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To understand how our games are used, through analytics, so we can make them better.
• Where a game is ad-supported, to serve advertising and, where required, only with your consent.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, abuse, and security issues, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles beyond what is necessary to show ads within ad-supported games.

3. Who we share information with

We may share limited information with:

• Other players. In games with social or multiplayer features, your profile name and in-game activity may be visible to others.
• Service providers. Trusted vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics, and customer support. They are bound to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes we specify.
• Advertising partners. For ad-supported games, partners that help deliver and measure advertising.
• App stores & payment processors. Apple and Google process purchases under their own privacy policies.
• Legal & safety. Authorities or others when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our players or Quant Bloom.
• Business transfers. A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Third-party platforms and partners handle information under their own privacy policies; this Policy covers only Quant Bloom's practices.

4. Where we process information

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. When we transfer information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it in line with applicable law.

5. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When information is no longer required, we take steps to delete it or render it irrecoverable.

Residents of the EEA, the United Kingdom, and jurisdictions such as California may have additional rights and may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we may provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
